If you’re UK-based, aged 18-25 and passionate about documentaries, but not sure on how to get started working in the sector, this could be just the thing for you.

Grierson DocLab: New Entrants will provide up to 12 successful candidates with the skills, confidence and connections to take their first steps into factual TV and documentary making.

Applications will close at 5pm on Thursday 19 February.

We especially welcome applications from people currently under-represented in the TV industry. So, if you’re from a working-class background, a global majority group, are disabled, part of the LGBTQ+ community, or from outside of London (or any other group that is under-represented), we want to hear from you!
